Anna Clare
Anna joined Oliver & Co in September 2025 as a Commercial Property Administrator. After working in education and travelling across Australia and South East Asia, she is now beginning her legal career. She studied History at the University of Cambridge and has a strong interest in law and continuous professional development.
Anna Kuckova
Anna qualified as a solicitor after studying Law at Staffordshire University and completing her Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in 2020. She brings valuable commercial insight from previous roles in HR and insurance. Anna advises SMEs across their business lifecycle, including corporate transactions and commercial agreements, supporting clients both locally and nationally.
Tim Polding
Tim has more than 35 years’ experience advising owner-managed and SME businesses on corporate and commercial matters. He joined Oliver & Co in 2009 to establish the firm’s Commercial Department. His work focuses on acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, contractual frameworks, and strategic advice, helping businesses grow and achieve successful succession or exit outcomes.
Hope Gill-Daintith
Hope joined Oliver & Co in 2017, gaining experience across several departments before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022. She holds an LLB from the University of Chester, a Masters in Contemporary Legal Studies, and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction alongside a Masters in Business.
